Boomathon is a high-stakes virtual team challenge developed by Jenson8 Ltd. It measures and develops six core teamship skills: leadership, collaboration, emotional intelligence, communication, conflict resolution, and adaptability.

## What is Boomathon?

Boomathon is a mentally demanding relay experience where teams hand off across time zones to regenerate a dying planet. It blends the camaraderie of mountain climbers with the strategy of extreme athletes, channelled into forging unbreakable corporate teams.
